react native error Failed to launch emulator. Reason: No emulators found as an output of emulator -list-avds 에러

mac으로 react native 프로젝트에서 android 시뮬레이터를 돌리려고 할 때 가끔씩 error Failed to launch emulator. Reason: No emulators found as an output of emulator -list-avds 오류가 발생했다. 나의 경우 terminal에 아래 명령어를 입력해주면 다시 잘 작동했다.
